Check-in & Check-out
Payment Terms
A deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 21 days prior to your arrival date. A refundable damage deposit may also be required.
Cancellation Policy
60+ days before arrival
Full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.
21–60 days before arrival
First installment (deposit) is forfeited.
Less than 21 days before arrival
Reservation is nonrefundable.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed during the summer season, except for ADA-certified service animals. During the off-peak season, pets may be permitted with prior approval and a pet fee. Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring a pet.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited inside all units. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations. Outdoor smoking areas are available.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighboring guests during these hours.
Boat Slips
Covered boat slips on our private dock are available for $15 per day. Contact us to reserve a slip for your stay.
Linens & Supplies
Towels, bed linens, and starter paper products are provided. For longer stays, guests should bring extra supplies. Please bring your own pool and beach towels.
